¡Hola a todos!

En esta primera entrada os resumo brevemente cuál es el objetivo de este blog, a través del cual espero que encontréis destinos, alojamiento, precios, qué visitar, inspiración y ánimo para realizar viajes por todo el mundo (al menos, de los lugares que os iré escribiendo). Intentaré que sea una entrada al mes más o menos (depende de otros factores). Me veréis en alguna que otra foto.

Ante todo, os recomiendo que utilicéis algunas de las páginas o aplicaciones con las que se puede llevar a cabo un seguimiento de los viajes que realizáis. Hace un tiempo, Facebook tenía una aplicación llamada "Where I've been" en la cual marcabas los países visitados, en los que habías vivido y los que querías visitar, al mismo tiempo que compartías las fotos de tus viajes.

Un tiempo después, fue adquirida por TripAdvisor y la cosa fue más allá: además de los países visitados, favoritos y pendientes por visitar, también se pueden señalar las ciudades a las que has ido dentro de un país. Otro aspecto destacable es el poder puntuar tanto el país, la ciudad, los monumentos o lugares de ocio del destino. Hoy en día es una web perfecta para indicar los lugares turísticos a los que hemos ido, como para ofrecer una crítica, tomar nota de qué hacer o visitar.

En cuanto a alojamiento, os recomiendo una página que seguro que ya conocéis, Booking. Es la mayor web de hoteles que existe y en ella podéis encontrar cualquier hotel con cualquier característica que deseéis, con la mayor variedad de precio, y en cualquier lugar del mundo.
Si por el contrario preferís algo más cercano y personal, siempre podéis alquilar un apartamento a muy buen precio en el centro de la ciudad, gracias a Airbnb (os lo recomiendo totalmente).
Y si por el contrario preferís algo más barato aún y compartir habitación con más gente, os recomiendo Hostelworld, página en la cual podréis encontrar una gran variedad de hostels en cualquier ciudad que vayáis a visitar. ¡Toda una experiencia!

Respecto al nombre del blog, nace de la afición de coleccionar postales de los lugares donde he estado y que me regalan mis amigos cuando van de viaje, que luego pongo en las puertas del armario de mi habitación, creando poco a poco un pequeño mundo.

On this first post I would like to summarize briefly what it is the purpose of this blog, through which I hope you find destinations, accommodation, prices, where to go, inspiration and encouragement for make trips around the world (at least, the places that I I'll be writing). I will try to make an entry to the month more or less (it depends on other factors). You will see me in a couple of pictures.

First of all, I recommend to you, that you could use some of the pages or applications that can plan and follow the trip that you've made or you're making. A while ago, Facebook had an application called "Where I've been" in which one you select the countries visited, where you've lived and you wanted to visit at the same time you shared photos of your travels.

Some time later, "Where I've been" was acquired by TripAdvisor and the thing went even further: in addition to the visied, favorite and earrings for visiting countries also may indicate the cities you've gone within a country. Another noteworthy aspect is that you can rate as the country, the city, monuments or places of leisure destination. Today is a perfect site to indicate tourist places that we have gone, to offer a critical, take note of what to do or see.

As for accommodation, I recommend a page that I'm sure you already know, Booking. It is the largest web hotel there and she can find any hotel with any feature that wish, with the widest range of price, and anywhere in the world.
If instead you prefer something more up close and personal, you can always rent an apartment at a great price in the city center, thanks to Airbnb (I recommended it highly).

And if instead you prefer something cheaper and still share a room with other people, I recommend Hostelworld, page where you will find a wide range of hostels in any city you go there to visit. An experience!

Regarding blog name, born from the hobby of collecting postcards from the places where I've been and who give me my friends when they go traveling, then I put it in the closet doors in my room, slowly creating a small world.
